What Sessions Are Like
Our first session is a gentle exploration about what brings you here and what you’re hoping for. This will include history taking and a chance for you to get to know me. I will ask several questions but it also a chance for you to ask me anything you wish to. From there, we set a pace that feels right and agree on some goals for the work.
Therapy can be short-term or open-ended. Many people appreciate the freedom to begin and review together as we go.
I’m here to support you in making sense of your story and navigate alongside to support you in finding ways to lead a more fulfilling life.
