ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Erin — a fully qualified UKCP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist.

I believe therapy can be deeply healing and, for some, genuinely life-changing. My aim is to provide a non-judgmental, compassionate and confidential space to explore whatever brings you to therapy. I welcome you to bring your authentic self.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 15 years working in commercial business and supporting young people. Following my growing passion for therapeutic work, I retrained on the five year MSc Integrative Psychotherapy programme at Metanoia and have since worked across the third sector, charities, and other organisations referred from the NHS, supporting people through a wide range of challenges.

Alongside my private practice, I also work with several organisations supporting people affected by pregnancy-related illness and mental health challenges, as well as services that focus on helping couples navigate their relationships.

HOW I WORK
I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches including relational, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, somatic, and gestalt methods.
In practice, that means sometimes we explore how past experiences shape current challenges; other times, we focus on what’s happening in the here and now: your thoughts, feelings, body, and relationships. I will support you in finding a life filled with more choice and possibility.

Working to fit the person, I welcome individuals and couples of all genders, cultures, identities, neurotypes, and backgrounds. I have had additional training and extensive experience working with the neurodiverse community and the ways the therapy space can be used to reduce masking and overwhelm.
